We are work from anywhere company with no fixed timing or leave policies. You can start your day whenever you want with a bit attention that other do not suffer. We do not track your hours by asking you to fill in the timesheet. If you need help ask for it and someone else need it offer some support. We never mind people making mistakes or screw up on some day it is ok to not be in same mood every day. We always encourage people to for raising alarms no matter how harsh it is. Working in company feels like a pressure cooker which have to make thing perfect and overwhelmed. Take it easy. Nobody expects you to know everything at once or actually ever.
